Behind the Scenes of our Robin Photoshoot

It’s the middle of summer - the perfect day to be sipping your favourite drink in the beer garden. The sun comes streaming through the window and covers the kitchen in a glowing warmth. It’s a wonderful day for a photoshoot, but there’s one issue, it’s a Christmas photoshoot!

Sophie’s new Christmas design, Robin, has everything you’ll need to make your home festive during the winter season. In this collection you can choose from a wonderful array of kitchen linens, stockings and even bedding.

 
The location for this photoshoot was a lovely, stone kitchen. Featuring a neutral colour pallete and wooden furniture, the tones worked perfectly with our neutral and olive green Robin range.

 
As you can imagine, coming across Christmas décor, let alone a Christmas tree, is a little more of a challenge during the summer, but we managed to do it!

  
With everything we needed, we began to deck the halls and get into the spirit Christmas!

The table set was soon set with love and care but we hit a small problem – those wonderful sun rays! Unfortunately, the sun was not what we needed during this particular shoot, so we had to get creative and find a way to block it out!

Back to it. But, something was missing...a furry friend! We had someone very special join us on set who was very good and posed for a few photos!

We soon came to the end of a successful day! We had fully immersed ourselves into full Christmas mode throughout the day and found it a little jarring to walk back outside into the heat of summer!
